What counts as a workflow event?

A workflow event is any observed action from a connected tool — a CRM stage change, a task assignment, an email send, a sheet update. WorkflowLedger counts each discrete signal as one event.

What happens if I exceed my event or seat limit?

Events beyond your plan cap are billed at $0.25 per 10,000 events. Additional seats are $15/seat/month. You will receive a notification before any overage charges apply.

Can I add more tool connections?

Each plan includes 6 connected tools. Additional connector packs are available at $50/month per tool beyond the included 6.

How long is data retained?

Standard plans retain data for 13 months. Enterprise customers can extend retention to 36 months with the premium retention add-on ($200/month).

Is implementation support available?

Yes. We offer an optional one-time implementation package ($2,500) that includes data mapping, SOP taxonomy setup, and guided onboarding for your team. Enterprise plans include this at no extra cost.
